The Code of Conduct for Temporary Investments states that said investments can be made in real estate or financial instruments.

In accordance with the decision passed by the Board of the Spanish Securities Commission on 20 November 2003 approving the minimum content of the Code of Conduct for Foundations and other non-profit organisations, these are required to inform their Protectorates about any temporary investments made.

Real Estate & Financial Instruments

The Code of Conduct for Temporary Investments of Fundación Iberdrola España [PDF] sets out and develops the rules and principles approved by the Board to govern any temporary investments made in real estate or financial instruments within the scope of supervision by the Spanish National Securities Exchange Commission (CNMV).

This document replaces the Code of Conduct for Temporary Investments of Fundación Iberdrola España approved in an agreement dated 16 June 2015.
