- The training of minors who are at risk or socially excluded to reduce absenteeism and the digital divide, and
- Training for groups between 18 and 30 years of age, for pre-employment and labor insertion with digital training and training in new energies (solar panels), including other training of interest to improve the employment opportunities of the beneficiaries.
Project objectives:
- Provide courses on digital literacy, to reduce the digital and academic gap suffered after Covid.
- To reduce school absenteeism, promoting daily educational reinforcement.
- Promote pre-employability, guiding participants on study alternatives, training courses, or job opportunities.
- Specifically train project participants, of legal age, in the installation of photovoltaic electricity.
About 40 young people are expected to participate in the 200-hour training courses on the installation of photovoltaic panels.
