Last week, Fundación Iberdrola España handed over fifty computers with the aim of helping all these families with children, so that they can continue their studies online despite the confinement caused by the COVID-19.
With the support of General Services, the Foundation wanted to donate, specifically, 15 laptops to the parish of San Juan de Dios in Vallecas, provided by the Iberdrola Systems Department. In addition, Iberdrola has also offered the support of its Volunteer Programme so that the minors who come to the parish also receive complementary training.
With this initiative, Iberdrola supports children from low-income families who cannot follow the school year remotely due to the lack of adequate equipment during the quarantine decreed by the current health crisis.
